Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped on holidays.If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Our orders are shipped for delivery within 5-7 business days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact us at helloprayaas@gmail.com to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We request you to make a 360 degree video recording of the damaged products. The claim shall be filed within 5 days of receiving the order.

Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, you can do so by writing to us at helloprayaas@gmail.com within 24 hours of you placing the order. 

Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you receive and damaged or a defective product, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit or exchange it for any other product of your liking.
